I’m looking to partner with a youth worker at my church

I’m looking to add a key player to our high school ministry team. Here’s who I’m looking for, think God could be calling you to serve at Mariners Church?

  • EXPERIENCED Youth Pastor (3+ years experience in full time ministry)
  • Gifted TEACHER (consistently teaches large group of high school students)
  • STRATEGIC leader and builder
  • RELATIONAL minister (leans more toward people than task)
  • TEAM PLAYER (works well with others)
  • PASSIONATE about leading small groups and volunteers
  • ABLE to lead significant portions of our ministry
  • WILLING to be developed as a leader
  • Formally EDUCATED (undergraduate degree or higher)
  • More interested in TAKING RESPONSIBILITY than positional authority
